  • GP stands for Gon Preah, which means child of God in Khmer. One of the things we felt God speak over the nation of Cambodia is that this next generation of Khmer youth will be able to transform the nation.

  • Lecture:

    1st world-  $1500 USD

    2nd world- $1000 USD

    3rd world-  $500 USD

    *flights not included

    Outreach:

    ~$1500 - $2000 USD (flights included)

  • One thing unique about this school is that not only will you be studying on the mission field, but also learning the Khmer language and culture, building lifelong friendships, as well as, giving you a taste into what life in missions look like.

  • Every year the locations are different but in the previous schools, we've sent teams to Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Laos

  • You will need a e-visa ($35) which is valid for 1 month (you can get this on arrival). Once you are in Cambodia our visa team will help you apply for a student visa (6 months- $170)

  • Yes! Lecture will be in both English & Khmer

  • Some important essentials are a bible (obviously), sunscreen (can get pretty spicy here), clothing-wise, remember "modest is hottest". Cambodia is a modest culture so jeans and t-shirts are perfect. For girls, skirts going past your knees are a great option and for boys button up shirts. Additionally, a welcome packet will be sent to you with all the information once you've been accepted into the school

  • I'm glad you asked! You can follow us @ywampoipet You will find more information about our base as well as some language videos to get a head start :)
